The Department of Philosophy at Brandon University invites applications for a 2.5 year term position at the rank of Assistant Professor.
The preferred qualification is a PhD in Philosophy, but ABD candidates may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in Early Modern Philosophy and Political Philosophy.
The ability to teach courses in Ethics, History of Analytic Philosophy, and Ancient Philosophy will be considered an asset.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching, will have an active research profile, and will be willing to participate
collegially in the life of the university.
