Candidates must demonstrate the ability to make substantial contributions to the Department's strength in the area of philosophy and health, especially public health. Area of Specialization: Political Philosophy, Ethical Theory, or Philosophy of Mind. Areas of Competence: Open. We seek an outstanding individual with a demonstrated commitment to and promise of excellence in research and teaching in philosophy. Applicants must hold a PhD prior to the position's starting date of July 1, 2008.
