Fellowships are awarded in a University-wide competition. Citizenship and research area are open. Candidates should have received the Ph.D. no more than three years before assuming the fellowship and should not currently hold a faculty position or have already held a major postdoctoral fellowship. Send applications, including application form, CV, all official undergraduate and postgraduate university transcripts (or certified copies), sample of written work, a statement (maximum one page) describing your proposed research and one (maximum two pages) describing your research experience, and three letters of reference to Bruce Hunter, Chair, Killam Search, Department of Philosophy, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA, T6G 2E5, by December 14, 2007.
