The Women’s Studies Department at Hamilton College invites applications and nominations for the 2014-2015 Elihu Root Peace Fund Visiting Professor in Women’s Studies. This is a visiting professorship endowed for the purpose of serving the needs and interests of women at Hamilton College. We seek a scholar at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor with experience teaching women’s studies courses. We are particularly interested in scholars whose areas of teaching and/or scholarly expertise is in Sexuality and LGBTQ studies.

Teaching load is 3 courses for the year. Salary is commensurate with experience; other responsibilities are negotiable.
