University of Massachusetts Boston. Assistant Professor, tenure track, beginning September 2011. AOS: Epistemology, with emphasis on post-colonial, African, or Latin American philosophy. AOC: applied ethics.
The Department places great emphasis on high quality undergraduate teaching from introductory to advanced levels. UMass Boston, is a non-residential urban university with a diverse faculty and student body. PhD in Philosophy required prior to appointment. Salary competitive. Summer work available.
