Contract Instructor positions in the Department of Philosophy

Winter 2009

Pursuant to Article 16.3 of the CUPE 4600 (Unit 2) Agreement, subject to Article 16.2 and 16.4 through 16.7, the following courses may be available for Contract Instructors Winter 2009. Course descriptions are available

Phil 1301 – Mind, World and Knowledge

Phil 2001 – Introduction to Logic

Phil 2103 – Philosophy of Human Rights

Phil 3003 – 18th Century Philosophy

All courses are subject to budgetary approval and the University reserves the right to cancel any courses with insufficient registration.

The minimum qualification is normally an M.A.degree in the appropriate field.
