Applicants must have a PhD in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, or a PhD in a related humanities or social science field with demonstrated expertise and
advanced training in the field of women's, gender, and sexuality studies as evidenced by a graduate certificate or equivalent.
With a record of excellence in teaching and research, and a strong commitment to building interdisciplinary relationships across campus,
the successful candidate will teach 9 courses over two years at all curricular levels. Potential courses include Introduction to WGS, Feminist Theory,
internship seminars, advanced electives, and small first-year seminars.
Prospective candidates should have a strong research record. PhD is required at the time of the appointment, and teaching experience in
Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies is preferred.
