Women's Studies. Cottey College, a private liberal arts college for women, seeks a tenure-track Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies (WGS) assistant professor, specialization in global health or postcolonial studies preferred, to begin August 2017. The successful candidate will also teach Introduction to WGS, Research Methods in WGS, WGS Capstone, and specialty courses in her/his field. The position requires a commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level; teaching load is four courses per semester. Faculty members are expected to assist with recruitment efforts at Cottey. A Ph.D. is preferred, but ABDs will be considered.
